Eric Blanson

Dr. Eric Blanson was born and raised in Houston, TX. Dr. Blanson received both academic and athletic scholarships to college. He attended both Southern University and LSU in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where he graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After graduating, Dr. Blanson decided to attend medical school at Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated with honors and in the top ten percent of his class. Dr. Blanson completed his Residency at Kingwood Medical Center in Kingwood, TX. During his residency he received training in a multitude of surgical specialties and attained specialized certification in Rearfoot/Ankle Reconstruction and Trauma Surgery. Dr. Blanson also has special interest in Pediatrics, Sports Medicine, Aesthetic Foot Surgery, Diabetic Foot and Wound Care, Plantar Fasciitis, Biomechanics and more.

Anthony Lamarra, DPM

Orlando Rivera, DPM

Dr. Orlando Rivera graduated from the Temple School of Podiatric Medicine in 1992. He completed a foot and ankle surgical residency at West Jersey Health System in Camden, New Jersey, graduating in 1994. Dr. Rivera entered into a reconstructive foot and ankle surgical and sports medicine fellowship under the guidance of the renowned Dr. Lowell Scott Weil. Dr. Rivera graduated from his fellowship in 1995. Dr. Rivera is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Rivera is certified in lower extremity peripheral nerve surgery by renowned surgeon Lee Dellon, MD. Dr. Rivera is Board Certified by The American Board of Podiatric Surgery. He is a member of The American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons as well as the Texas Podiatric Medical Association and American Podiatric Medical Association.

David Gunther, DPM

David Gunther was born in Long Island, New York. He received a B.S. from Long Island University in Greenvale, New York before earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia. His post-graduate training brought him to Texas and included a residency at the Houston Podiatric Foundation, serving as a clinical consultant for the Harris County District, and working in the Baylor College of Medicine Community Clinics. Dr. Gunther is licensed to practice in the state of Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is certified in ankle arthroscopy. Dr. Gunther prides himself in using all the current modalities available, including in office digital X-rays, non-invasive vascular studies, as well as the shock wave technology for heel pain. His current hospital affiliations include Methodist Willowbrook, Cypress Fairbanks, and North Cypress Hospitals. Dr. Gunther is a professional member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, the Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and the Harris County Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Gunther resides in the Houston area with his lovely wife Dawn and their three sons. His hobbies include hockey, fishing and anything that includes the great outdoors.
